On Air — Broadcast Studio

Record like you
rehearsed.

CuePilot is a camera-first teleprompter and recording studio. Write, rehearse, record, caption, and export confident videos — without memorizing your lines.

For creators, presenters, marketers, and educators. iPhone & iPad.

Write, rehearse, record, caption, and export — in one calm, camera-first studio that lives in your hand.

A lightweight creator studio

Everything between the script and the export.

Signature

Voice-Follow Scroll

Read naturally and let the prompter keep pace. Voice-follow listens as you speak and advances the script to match — no manual speed dial, no racing to catch up, no awkward pauses. When you slow down, it slows down.

  • Manual, fixed-speed, timed, and voice-follow scrolling
  • Current-line cue highlighting so you never lose your place
  • Adjustable eye-line position and camera alignment indicators

Camera-first recording

Record straight from the prompter with front or rear camera, vertical or horizontal, mirror modes, and a countdown. 4K capture where your device allows it.

Take Timeline

Every script connects to its recorded takes, notes, and final export. Compare takes side by side, keep timestamped notes, and pick the keeper without digging through your camera roll.

Scripts & folders

Write in the editor or import from TXT, PDF, DOCX text, clipboard, or a URL. Organize projects into folders with active, archived, and favorite scopes, plus version history.

Captions & clean studio export

Generate captions from your script or speech, edit text and timing, and burn them into the final video. Trim, crop, rotate, and clean up audio on the way out.

Apple Watch & remotes

Drive recording from your wrist — start, scroll, resize text, and drop take markers. Remote control extends to a second device for preview and command.

Creator Packs & brand kit

Start fast with templates for hooks, sales videos, tutorials, ads, and testimonials. Add your logo with the brand kit for a consistent look across every take.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

What is voice-follow scrolling?

Voice-follow listens while you read and advances the teleprompter to match your pace, so you don't have to manage a speed dial. If you slow down or pause, the script waits for you. Voice-follow is part of the Studio plan.

Do I have to memorize my script?

No. CuePilot is built so you can read naturally to camera. With adjustable eye-line positioning and current-line highlighting, your reads look like you rehearsed — even on the first take.

What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Studio?

Free lets you write, organize, rehearse, and record (exports carry a CuePilot watermark). Pro removes the watermark and unlocks 4K, captions, editing tools, brand kit, and remote preview. Studio adds voice-follow, clean audio, background tools, AI writing, and SRT caption export.

Is there a one-time purchase instead of a subscription?

Yes. A Lifetime unlock is available for $79.99 and grants Pro-level features with a single purchase — no watermark, 4K, captions, brand kit, and remote preview.

Can I control recording from my Apple Watch?

Yes. The Apple Watch companion lets you start recording, scroll the prompter, adjust font size, and drop take markers from your wrist. CuePilot also supports remote control from a second device.

Can I import scripts I've already written?

Yes. Import plain text from TXT, PDF, and DOCX files, paste from the clipboard, or pull text from a URL. Scripts live in folders with active, archived, and favorite scopes plus version history.

Does CuePilot record in the background or upload my videos?

CuePilot is built local-first: it records only when you start a take, and your scripts and takes stay on your device unless you choose to export or sync them. See the privacy policy for details.

What devices does CuePilot run on?

CuePilot is a native app for iPhone and iPad, with an Apple Watch companion for remote control. 4K capture is available where your device supports it.

Roll camera with confidence.

Write it, rehearse it, record it — like you rehearsed. Free to start.

Apple Watch remote control

A companion built for the wrist — shipping with the corrected app build.

Remote control on your wrist

Start a take, scroll the prompter, adjust the font, and drop take markers from your Apple Watch. The companion app ships embedded in the CuePilot download from build 5 onward — the version currently in App Review (build 4) does not embed it yet, so wrist control arrives for everyone once the corrected build replaces it.

Crash reports that respect your footage

Diagnostics are collected with privacy-safe logging — errors and performance, never your recordings.

Voice-follow and script modes

Scripted teleprompter, voice-follow, and remote control in one take.
